Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Baldape Parlour does not accept returns of products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for unused and unopened products returned in their original condition.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations we must receive any item you return to us within 28 calendar days and in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
Damaged and faulty items
If your product is defective, then please get in contact within 30 days of purchasing from this site and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Refund exclusions
Unfortunately, you cannot return anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
We have great confidence in our products — enough confidence to offer you a 30-day Money-back Guarantee. If you don’t see any results when using the products as intended, we will offer you a full refund.
How to claim?
1. The 30-day Money-back Guarantee can only be claimed once per customer.
2. Use the product as recommended for at least 30 days.
3. Make sure to document your progress with pictures.
4. No results? Contact support@baldapeparlour.com with your claim and include the above information.
5. Once your claim is validated, please return the empty products. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will happily issue your refund.
